What happens if I violate a prohibited practice?

For practices 1–7, the account is closed with no payout entitlement and no fee refund. Tick scalping has its own regime: two written warnings with no consequences, and the third violation closes the account. You receive every decision in writing with its reasoning within 5 business days, and you have 14 days to appeal.
