Challenge Rules (v3.1)
The rules valid on the day of purchase apply to your account for its entire lifetime, during the evaluation and after your funded account is assigned.
- ParametersComplete parameter table for the 2-Step and 1-Step challenges: profit targets, loss limits, leverage, account sizes, profit split and the refundable fee.
- Limits as Fixed Dollar Amounts, Not PercentagesYour percentage limits are converted into fixed dollar amounts at account creation, with a worked 100,000 USD example of the daily and total loss.
- Best-day Rule – 40%, But It Never Kills the AccountIf one day makes up more than 40% of your profit, the rule raises your target or delays your payout, but it never closes your account.
- PayoutsWhen and how you can request a payout, the profit split and add-on, the high-water mark, the refundable fee, KYC and account scaling.
- Prohibited PracticesThe eight prohibited practices, from exploiting system errors and cross-account hedging to automated trading and tick scalping, plus the cap on concurrent funded capital.
- Consequences of a BreachWhat happens after a hard breach, tick scalping violations, a prohibited practice or 30 days of inactivity, and how the appeal process works.
- What Is NOT ProhibitedNews trading, overnight and weekend holding, scalping, hedging within your own account and any strategy are all allowed, with no lot or daily profit caps.
- Trading EnvironmentSimulated accounts on the Leverate platform: instruments, raw spread with 6 USD commission, margin rules, outage handling and how swap is charged.
- What Changes After Your Funded Account Is AssignedThe only change on a funded account is the 60-second minimum hold time; every other rule stays identical to the challenge.
