Prohibited Practices

  1. Exploiting a system error – trading on incorrect quotes, latency arbitrage, exploiting a delayed feed or a platform outage.
  2. Hedging across accounts – opposite positions on the same or a highly correlated instrument on two or more accounts, opened within a 60-second window. This applies to your own and other people's accounts, with us and with other providers including other prop firms – individually or as a group.
  3. Sharing, selling or renting an account; an account traded by anyone other than its owner. This includes "pass your challenge" services – paid challenge passing or account management by a third party, on the side of the provider and the buyer alike.
  4. Copy trading between accounts of multiple people and group trading from a single signal.
  5. Automated trading – EAs, bots, API scripts, webhooks. Manual trading from desktop and mobile is unrestricted.
  6. Abusing the simulated nature of the product – behavior whose sole purpose is to extract the difference between the simulated and the real environment. We publish and keep adding examples; every case is assessed individually and with a written justification.
  7. Manufacturing profitable days – deliberately spreading the profit of one trading idea across multiple days without a corresponding spread of market risk, in order to artificially inflate your number of profitable days. For example: holding opposite positions on the same or a highly correlated instrument and closing the winning leg on one day and the losing leg on another, or splitting the same position and closing it gradually across days. Normal hedging within your own account is not prohibited – we assess a repeated pattern of behavior, not a single trade.
  8. Tick scalping – positions held for less than 60 seconds on a funded account (§9).

Multiple accounts: you can buy as many challenges as you want. Your concurrent funded capital is capped at 400,000 USD.
