Trading Environment
- All accounts are simulated. We do not execute real orders on the market and we do not hold client funds. Rewards are paid from Daycano's own funds.
- Platform: Leverate. Instruments: FX pairs, indices, metals, energies, crypto.
- Raw spread + commission of 6 USD per lot round-turn – applies to all instruments.
- Margin call 100%, stop-out 50%.
- If an outage on our side prevents you from closing a position, we will, on request, recalculate the trade to the price at the time of the outage.
- The binding reference point in any dispute is the price displayed on the Daycano trading platform.
Swap – read this even if you know what a swap is
What it is. If you leave a position open overnight, a fee for carrying it into the next day is charged to you (or credited). It is called swap and it has nothing to do with price movement – it hits you even when the market is standing still. In most cases it is negative, meaning you pay.
When it is charged. At every rollover at 23:00 CE(S)T. On Wednesday and Friday at triple size – Wednesday for the following value date, Friday for the weekend.
Swap counts toward both the daily and the total loss – and can cause a limit breach on its own.
We make no exception here. Swap is a cost like commission and is counted the same way. If you are close to your daily limit and leave a large position open overnight, it can close your account even in a flat market.
